The customer Service online portal now recognizes my log in.as evident by the fact, that I can write this e-mail, but the software is still coming up with "User could not be recognized" message.Īs of today(December 3,2021) my Design Spark password did not work on the Customer service log in, so I have tried the old SpaceClaim password and it works again. So I changed it to latest password from the registration of Design Spark now in November. Now, at the end of November 2021, I have downloaded DesignSpark Mechanical again, I re-registered, everything seemed to go well, but again I could not log in in the software, even though I found the customer Service had the password from last year from SpaceClaim. I have erased everything from my machine. The online Customer service did not recognize my login, even though all my registration went flawless. This year(2021) in the spring I have downloaded Design Spark Mechanical and same thing happened. So I just gave up, believing the problem might be related to Covid.
Or maybe just a few times and then just could not log in. Last year I asked for student license for SpaceClaim Modeler. At DesignSpark Mechanical log in, message saying User could not be recognized.
